Vietnam's most famous everyday green tea, from the hills of Thái Nguyên in the north. Rich, smooth and traditional.

What is inside

100% Pure Green Tea Leaves (Trà xanh 100%)  ·  Net weight 500 g, from Northern Vietnam

Health benefits

  • Antioxidant Powerhouse: High in EGCG and polyphenols to support immune health and combat cell ageing.
  • Metabolism & Focus: Enhances natural metabolic rate and mental alertness without coffee jitters.
  • Cardiovascular Support: Helps maintain healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Why it works

Unoxidised tea leaf
Catechins, mainly EGCG
Polyphenols that neutralise free radicals and slow the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. This is what sits behind the antioxidant claim.
Unoxidised tea leaf
L-theanine + caffeine
Theanine crosses into the brain and raises alpha-wave activity, smoothing the edge off the leaf's caffeine. That pairing, not the absence of caffeine, is why the alertness feels calm rather than jittery.
Unoxidised tea leaf
EGCG + caffeine together
Mildly raise thermogenesis and fat oxidation. The effect is real but small, on the order of a few percent of daily energy use.
Unoxidised tea leaf
Catechins on the blood vessel lining
Support nitric-oxide-driven relaxation of vessel walls and reduce cholesterol absorption in the gut, which is the proposed route for the modest blood-pressure and cholesterol effects seen in regular drinkers.

How strong is the evidence: Green tea is the best-studied item in this range. The antioxidant and calm-focus effects are well supported; the metabolism and cholesterol effects are modest and mostly from population studies.

How to brew it

  1. Measure: Put 1 tablespoon of tea leaves (about 2 heaped teaspoons) into a teapot.
  2. Rinse: Pour boiling water over the leaves, swirl briefly, and immediately pour the water away.
  3. Brew: Add hot water (not fully boiling) to your preferred strength. Steep for 2 minutes.
  4. Enjoy: Pour into a teacup and enjoy the rich, smooth, traditional flavour.
Getting the water right without a thermometer: boiling water scorches green tea and turns it bitter. Boil the kettle, then either let it stand uncovered for 4-5 minutes, or mix 3 cups of boiling water with 1 cup of room-temperature water. Both land close to 80 °C. If the water is still very hot, simply shorten the steep to about 1 minute.

Storage. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Fold the edge tightly after opening.

Hand-picked from centuries-old wild tea trees growing high in the misty mountain forests of Northern Vietnam.

What is inside

100% Pure Wild Green Tea Leaves  ·  Net weight 150 g

Health benefits

  • Antioxidant Boost: Packed with natural antioxidants to support immunity and healthy ageing.
  • Clean Energy & Focus: Keeps the mind alert, sharp and focused without caffeine jitters.
  • Smooth & Sweet Finish: Honey-golden brew with a delicate floral aroma and long-lasting sweetness.

Why it works

Wild old-tree leaf
Catechins and EGCG
Free-radical scavenging polyphenols behind the antioxidant and immune-support claim.
Wild old-tree leaf
High amino acid content, especially theanine
Old wild trees push more amino acids into the bud, which is why this leaf tastes sweeter and thicker than plantation tea. Theanine is also what produces the settled, focused alertness alongside the caffeine.
Wild old-tree leaf
Caffeine
The clean-energy effect. Buffered by the high theanine, but present. This is not a caffeine-free tea.
Downy silver buds
Aromatic terpenes and volatile oils
The floral aroma and honey-golden liquor. Sensory rather than physiological.

How strong is the evidence: Same plant and same actives as Thai Nguyen; the difference is leaf quality and amino acid concentration, not a different mechanism.

How to brew it

  1. Portion: Put 1 tablespoon of leaves into a teapot.
  2. Water temperature: Use hot water just off the boil. Let boiled water rest for 1 minute first.
  3. Steep: Pour 300 ml of water and steep for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Multiple brews: Re-steep the same leaves up to 4 or 5 times.
Getting the water right without a thermometer: boiling water scorches green tea and turns it bitter. Boil the kettle, then either let it stand uncovered for 4-5 minutes, or mix 3 cups of boiling water with 1 cup of room-temperature water. If the water is still very hot, shorten the steep to under a minute.

Storage. Keep the pack sealed in a dry, cool place away from direct light.

Hue Royal Court Imperial Herbal Tea pack

Hue Royal Court Imperial Herbal Tea

Trà Cung Đình Huế
LiverSleepSkinHeart
₦25,000500 g pack
Read more

An imperial wellness blend of 16 natural herbs, fruits and flowers, inspired by ancient royal recipes of the Huế court.

What is inside

16 Natural Herbs (Jujube Red Apples, Goji Berries, Jasmine, Lotus, Artichoke, Sweet Leaf, etc.)  ·  Net weight 500 g

Health benefits

  • Full Body Detox: Clears internal heat, supports liver health, and freshens the skin.
  • Heart & Blood Pressure: Supports balanced blood sugar and healthy circulation.
  • Stress Relief & Sleep: Calms headaches, boosts vitality, and promotes restful sleep.

Why it works

Artichoke leaf and stem
Cynarin and chlorogenic acid
Stimulate bile flow from the liver and gallbladder, which aids fat digestion. This is the actual basis for the liver-support and detox claim. It is the strongest-evidenced herb in the blend.
Jujube red apples
Polysaccharides and jujubosides
Mild sedative and gut-soothing action; also the main source of the blend's natural sweetness and body.
Goji berries
Zeaxanthin and polysaccharides
Zeaxanthin concentrates in the retina and is the reason goji is linked to eyesight; the polysaccharides are the studied immune-modulating fraction.
Chrysanthemum and jasmine flowers
Luteolin, apigenin, linalool
Anti-inflammatory flavonoids plus aromatic compounds with mild calming activity, giving the traditional cooling and headache effect.
Licorice root
Glycyrrhizin
Fifty times sweeter than sugar and anti-inflammatory on the stomach lining. It is also the ingredient that needs watching, see the note below.
Sweet leaf (stevia)
Steviol glycosides
Sweetness with no sugar and no effect on blood glucose, which is why the blend suits people avoiding sugar.

How strong is the evidence: Artichoke's effect on bile flow is well documented. The rest reflects traditional court use and early research rather than clinical proof.

How to brew it

  1. Scoop: Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixed tea (include 2-3 slices of red apple) into a teapot.
  2. Quick rinse: Pour a splash of boiling water over the herbs, swirl, and pour it out.
  3. Brew: Fill the pot with 1 litre of hot boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve: Drink warm throughout the day, or chill in the fridge and serve over ice.

Storage. Keep the pack sealed in a dry, cool place away from direct light.

Cleistocalyx Flower Bud Tea pack

Cleistocalyx Flower Bud Tea

Nụ Vối
DigestionBlood sugarEveryday
₦10,000200 g pack
Read more

Made from pure sun-dried flower buds of the Vối tree. A traditional Vietnamese everyday drink, loved for its smooth, earthy, cooling taste.

What is inside

100% Pure Natural Vối Flower Buds  ·  Net weight 200 g

Health benefits

  • Stomach & Digestion Support: Helps prevent bloating and supports a healthy appetite after meals.
  • Blood Sugar Support: Helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels after eating.
  • Body Cooling & Hydration: Clears internal heat and keeps you refreshed all day.

Why it works

Vối flower buds
DMC (a dimethoxy-chalcone)
The signature compound of this plant. In laboratory work it inhibits alpha-glucosidase, the gut enzyme that breaks starch into glucose. Slowing that enzyme blunts the sugar spike after a starchy meal, which is exactly why Vietnamese families drink it after eating, and the mechanism behind the blood-sugar claim.
Vối flower buds
Tannins and flavonoids
Mildly astringent and antibacterial in the gut, including against organisms involved in indigestion. This underlies the traditional use for bloating and appetite.
Vối flower buds
Volatile essential oils
The earthy aroma, and a mild carminative effect that helps trapped gas move.

How strong is the evidence: The alpha-glucosidase action is demonstrated in laboratory and animal studies. Human trials are limited, so treat this as supportive of a meal, not as a treatment for diabetes.

How to brew it

  1. Portion: Put 1 tablespoon of flower buds into a teapot or jar.
  2. Add water: Pour in 1 litre of hot boiling water.
  3. Steep: Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, until the water turns a golden tea colour.
  4. Serve: Drink warm, or store in the fridge and drink as iced tea.

Storage. Keep the pack sealed in a dry, cool place away from direct light.

Pure Lotus Embryo Tea pack

Pure Lotus Embryo Tea

Tâm Sen
SleepHeart
₦15,000200 g pack
Read more

Harvested from the delicate green centre of the lotus seed, famous across Vietnam for creating deep calmness and peace of mind.

What is inside

100% Pure Natural Lotus Seed Embryos  ·  Net weight 200 g

Health benefits

  • Deep Restful Sleep: Relieves restlessness and anxiety, and helps you fall asleep faster.
  • Relaxes Blood Pressure: Supports smooth blood circulation and calms the heart.
  • Clears Body Heat: Cools internal heat and soothes daily stress.

Why it works

Lotus seed embryo
Neferine
The main alkaloid, and the reason this tea works at all. In animal studies it has sedative activity on the central nervous system and relaxes vascular smooth muscle. One compound drives both the sleep claim and the blood-pressure claim.
Lotus seed embryo
Liensinine and isoliensinine
Related alkaloids with antiarrhythmic and vessel-relaxing effects; they contribute the calming-the-heart element of the traditional description.
Lotus seed embryo
Bitter alkaloid load overall
The pronounced bitterness is the active fraction, not a fault. A weak, sweet-tasting brew is a weak dose.

How strong is the evidence: Neferine's sedative and vessel-relaxing activity is documented in animal and cell studies; human clinical data is thin. The traditional use across Vietnam for sleeplessness is long-standing and consistent.

How to brew it

  1. Portion: Place 1 small teaspoon into a tea cup or small teapot.
  2. Add hot water: Pour 250 ml (1 mug) of boiling water over the tea.
  3. Steep: Wait 3 to 5 minutes, then sip and enjoy.
  4. Re-steep: Add fresh hot water 2 to 3 times for extra cups.

Storage. Keep the pack sealed in a dry, cool place away from direct light.

₦25,0005 sachet packs

A premium artisanal wellness blend, hand-packed into single-serve sachets for energy, immunity and clear focus.

What is inside

Ginseng Root, Cordyceps Flower, Astragalus Root, Premium Goji Berries, Red Dates

Health benefits

  • Energy & Immunity: Restores body strength, boosts the immune system, and reduces fatigue.
  • Blood & Lungs: Tones blood volume, warms body energy, and nourishes the lungs and eyesight.
  • Anti-Ageing & Sleep: Rich in antioxidants, calms anxiety, and restores mental focus.

Why it works

Ginseng root
Ginsenosides
Act on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal stress axis. This is the driver of the reduced-fatigue and mental-focus claims, and the best-studied part of the blend.
Cordyceps flower
Cordycepin and polysaccharides
Cordycepin is an adenosine analogue studied for improving how efficiently tissues use oxygen; the polysaccharides are the immune-modulating fraction. Together these carry the energy and lung claims.
Astragalus root
Astragalus polysaccharides and astragalosides
Stimulate macrophage and natural-killer-cell activity in laboratory models, the specific basis for the immune-system claim, rather than a general tonic effect.
Goji berries
Zeaxanthin, betaine, polysaccharides
Zeaxanthin accumulates in the retina, which is where the eyesight claim comes from. The polysaccharides add antioxidant capacity.
Red dates
Polysaccharides and cyclic AMP
Mildly calming and gut-soothing, and the source of the blend's sweetness and body.

How strong is the evidence: Ginseng's anti-fatigue effect has reasonable human trial support. Cordyceps and astragalus mechanisms are largely from laboratory and animal work.

How to brew it

  1. Rinse: Pour warm water over 1 sachet in a cup for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then throw away the rinse water.
  2. Brew: Add 500 ml of boiling water. Simmer or steep for 10-30 minutes. Add honey or sugar if desired.
  3. Re-use: Refill with hot water 2-3 times until the flavour fades. Drink 1-2 sachets daily. Portable for work or travel.

Storage. Seal tightly and keep in a dry, cool place away from light. Best kept in the fridge.

Nourishing Beauty & Blood Care Tea

A premium artisanal wellness blend of rose, mulberry and red dates, for radiant skin, balanced cycles and calm rest.

What is inside

Rose Buds, Dried Mulberry, Red Dates, Dried Longan, Goji Berries

Health benefits

  • Kidney & Blood Care: Nourishes the kidneys and enriches blood volume.
  • Glowing Skin & Periods: Promotes rosy, radiant skin and supports regular menstrual health.
  • Stress & Sleep: Relieves mental stress, calms tension, and aids restful sleep.

Why it works

Dried mulberry
Anthocyanins, dietary iron, vitamin C
The most concrete part of the blood claim: mulberry supplies actual iron, and its vitamin C content improves how much of that iron the body absorbs. The anthocyanins are the deep purple antioxidants.
Rose buds
Geraniol, citronellol, polyphenols
Aromatic compounds with mild antispasmodic activity on smooth muscle, the traditional route for easing menstrual cramping, plus the polyphenols behind the skin claim.
Red dates
Polysaccharides and saponins
Long used as a blood tonic in Vietnamese and Chinese practice; the polysaccharides show mild immune and anti-fatigue activity in animal models.
Dried longan
Polysaccharides, gallic acid
Traditionally the calming and sleep-supporting element of this pairing; also adds sweetness.
Goji berries
Zeaxanthin, polysaccharides, betaine
Antioxidant load supporting the skin claim, and the same retinal zeaxanthin as above.

How strong is the evidence: The iron-plus-vitamin-C mechanism in mulberry is straightforward nutrition. The wider 'nourishes blood' and menstrual-regulation framing comes from traditional practice and is stronger as tradition than as clinical evidence. Worth being honest about with customers.

How to brew it

  1. Rinse: Pour warm water over 1 sachet in a cup for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then throw away the rinse water.
  2. Brew: Add 500 ml of boiling water and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Add honey or sugar if desired.
  3. Re-use: Refill with hot water 2-3 times until the flavour fades. Drink 1-2 sachets daily. Easy to take to work or outings.

Storage. Seal tightly and keep in a dry, cool place away from light. Best kept in the fridge.

Passiflora Calming and Deep Sleep Tea pack

Passiflora Calming & Deep Sleep Tea

Lạc Tiên Tâm Trà
Sleep
₦25,0005 sachet packs
Read more

A premium artisanal evening blend of passionflower and lotus germ, for a calm mind and deeper sleep.

What is inside

Passionflower, Lotus Germ, Jujube Seed

Health benefits

  • Deep Sleep Aid: Calms the mind, helps you fall asleep easily, and supports deeper sleep.
  • Stress & Anxiety: Relieves nervous tension, reduces anxiety, and cools body heat.

Why it works

Passionflower
Chrysin and vitexin
Chrysin binds the benzodiazepine site on the GABA-A receptor, the same receptor family that prescription sedatives act on, far more gently. This is the actual mechanism behind the sleep and anxiety claims, and passionflower has some human trial support for mild insomnia.
Lotus germ
Neferine
Adds central sedative activity through a separate pathway, which is why the two are combined rather than used alone.
Jujube seed
Spinosin and jujubosides
Spinosin acts on serotonin 5-HT1A signalling to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. Jujube seed is the classical insomnia herb in this tradition, and it is doing real work here.

How strong is the evidence: This is the blend with the clearest pharmacology in the range: three ingredients acting on three distinct sedative pathways, with modest but genuine human trial support for passionflower.

How to brew it

  1. Rinse: Pour warm water over 1 sachet in a cup for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then throw away the rinse water.
  2. Brew: Add 350 ml of boiling water and steep for 20-30 minutes. Add honey or sugar if desired.
  3. Timing: Drink 1 sachet daily in the evening, about 2 hours before bedtime.

Storage. Seal tightly and keep in a dry, cool place away from light. Best kept in the fridge.

Digestive Osmanthus and Hawthorn Tea pack

Digestive Osmanthus & Hawthorn Tea

Tiêu Thực Quế Hoa Trà
DigestionWeightSkin
₦25,0005 sachet packs
Read more

A premium artisanal after-meal blend of hawthorn, plum and rose, for comfortable digestion and a lighter feeling.

What is inside

Hawthorn Fruit, Dried Plum, Rose Buds, Licorice Root

Health benefits

  • Digestive Care & Bloating: Relieves a heavy stomach, indigestion and full belly.
  • Metabolism & Weight: Boosts metabolism, supports weight management, and reduces bad fats.
  • Skin & Detox: Rich in anti-ageing antioxidants for clear, healthy skin.

Why it works

Hawthorn fruit
Oligomeric procyanidins, flavonoids, organic acids
The organic acids stimulate gastric enzyme and bile secretion, which is how it breaks down a heavy, fatty meal. This is the core of the digestion and bad-fats claim. The procyanidins also act on the heart, which is why the caution below matters.
Dried plum
Sorbitol and phenolic compounds
Sorbitol draws water into the bowel as a mild osmotic laxative. This is the most direct mechanism for relieving a full, heavy belly.
Rose buds
Geraniol and volatile terpenes
Mild antispasmodic on the gut wall, easing cramping and trapped gas.
Licorice root
Glycyrrhizin
Anti-inflammatory on the stomach lining (a licorice extract is a recognised remedy for indigestion) and the source of the blend's sweetness. Also the ingredient with the clearest downside.

How strong is the evidence: Hawthorn's digestive use and plum's laxative effect are both well grounded. The metabolism and weight-loss framing is the weakest claim on the sheet: nothing here burns fat, it improves digestion of it.

How to brew it

  1. Rinse: Pour warm water over 1 sachet in a cup for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then throw away the rinse water.
  2. Brew: Add 700 ml of boiling water and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add honey or sugar to taste.
  3. Re-use: Refill with hot water 2-3 times until the flavour fades. Drink 1-2 sachets daily. Great for work or travel.

Storage. Seal tightly and keep in a dry, cool place away from light. Best kept in the fridge.

Where it is traditional and the research is still young, we say that too, because you should be able to trust what we tell you.
